  • Jesus on the Cross Little Drops of Water Collection

Jesus on the Cross Little Drops of Water Collection

    Jesus on the Cross

“For God so loved the world that he sent His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him might not perish, but have eternal life”.

    John 3:16

God made the world and He loves us. When Adam and Eve committed the first sin called original sin, man’s relationship with God was broken. The gates of heaven were closed. However, God loves us so much that He promised to send a Messiah to save us from our sins and open the gates of heaven. Jesus is that Messiah. Jesus came to earth to die and save us from our sins so that we could live in heaven with Him forever. Jesus died on the Cross to save us from our sins. However, the story doesn’t end there. Three days after Jesus died, He came back to life! We call this the Resurrection. We remember Jesus’ death on the Cross on Good Friday. Then, three days later, we celebrate Jesus’ resurrection on Easter Sunday. How can we share God’s great love with others just as Jesus did for us?

  • Lady of Undoer of Knots Little Drops of Water Collection

Lady of Undoer of Knots Little Drops of Water Collection

3 1/2" Lady Undoer of Knots Little Drops of Water Statue.

Did you know that Mary, Untier of Knots is both a title given to the Blessed Virgin Mary and a painting by Johann Georg Melchior Schmidtner? The title and the name drew inspiration from a verse in the Bible found in Genesis 3:15, a prophesy that found its fulfillment 2000 years ago at the cross.

Traditionally, Mary is pictured as untying knots while standing on a crescent moon, surrounded by angels and the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove. Beneath her is a knotted snake whose head is under her foot.

May this serve as a reminder of God keeping His promises. What do you need to trust Him with today?

  • Our Lady of Fatima Little Drops of Water Collection

Our Lady of Fatima Little Drops of Water Collection

4 1/2" Our Lady of Fatima Little Drops of Water Statue.

Did you know that children have sometimes seen angels, or even Mary in the past? When this happens it is called an apparition.

One day during the spring of 1916, three shepherd children named Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta began to have apparitions of an angel. He called himself The Angel of Peace. The Angel of Peace appeared to them three times and told them to pray to God often. When the Angel of Peace appeared to the children the third time, he gave them each Holy Communion, which is the Body and Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Soon after the angel appeared to them, the Blessed Mother began to appear to them too. She brought them messages from Jesus, and told them to pray the rosary often for sinners. Mary appeared to the children six times. Mary promised to give the children a miracle so that everyone would believe their message. She kept her promise, and on one rainy day, during the last apparition, the sun began to dance around the sky. Beautiful colors came from the sun, and the sun grew bigger and bigger until it looked like it was coming to earth. When it stopped, the ground that was once wet had become dry. After the miracle, many people were healed from their sicknesses, and others chose to follow God and become Catholic.

Many people travel to Fatima, Portugal today to see the place that Mary appeared to the children. We must not forget that Mary asks us to pray the rosary for others. Who can we pray the rosary for?

3 3/4" Our Lady of Guadalupe Little Drops of Water Statue. One day, Mary appeared to a poor man named Juan Diego in Mexico. Our Lady asked Juan to go to the bishop and ask him to build a chapel for her. Juan Diego went to the bishop as he was told. However, the bishop did not believe him and asked for a sign. When Mary appeared to Juan again, she told him to pick roses that he would find on a nearby hill and show them to the bishop. Juan did what he was told and placed the roses in his tilma. When Juan went back to the bishop and opened his cloak, an image of Our Lady appeared on his tilma. That image can still be seen today in a church in Mexico.
